Chiranjeevi has received a notice in connection with his brother Pavan Kalyan’s matrimonial dispute, the AP High Court confirmed when the case, filed by Pavan Kalyan’s first wife Nandini, came up for hearing. Upon being told that only Nirmala, wife of Chiranjeevi’s brother-in-law Allu Aravind, has not yet received the notice so far, justice G Yethirajulu who was hearing this case, ordered a fresh notice to be sent to her and adjourned the matter by four weeks.
It may be recalled the HC had earlier sent notices to 14 members of the megastar’s family following Nandini’s petition. Nandini’s counsel Resu Mahendar Reddy told the court that the notices sent to Chiranjeevi and others were received by them except the one that was sent to Nirmala. Earlier, the first additional chief metropolitan magistrate of Visakhapatnam had dismissed Nandini’s plea on the ground that the bigamy charge levelled against Pavan Kalyan was not proved. Aggrieved by this, Nandini approached the high court, challenging the reported claims of Pavan Kalyan about his live-in relationship with actress Renu Desai.
