The hot beauty Nayantara who came in as the girl next door with her debut film 'Chandramukhi' showed how hot she can get when she appeared in a bikini in the Tamil blockbuster hit 'Billa'. It was during that time Nayan is said to have gone through a liposuction therapy to cut down flab. According to the process, the navel portion is cut during this and later it is stitched back to place once the entire work is done. Now, this seems to have become a cause for concern to Nayan.
