Prabhas plays the title role in ‘Billa’ starring alongside the riveting girls Anushka and Namitha. A remake from the Tamil flick directed by Vishnuvardhan, the shooting for this movie is on for awhile now. Krishnam Raju plays a prominent role of an investigation officer in this movie directed by Meher Ramesh of ‘Kanthri’ fame and produced on Gopikrishna Movies Pvt Ltd.
Starring Ajith and Nayantara in Tamil, the plot is about an underworld don who is elusive and notorious. A look alike of him gets replaced in his place after he gets injured. The new naïve don’s way into the dark world and how he releases himself from those clutches form the plot. It were stylish extravaganzas with SRK’s ‘Don’, Ajith’s ‘Billa’ and now it’s Prabhas’s ‘Billa’ which is yet to be seen.
The first schedule of shooting has been completed recently. From 14th of this month, a schedule of 50 days has been planned in Malayasia. Quite a lengthy schedule in an abroad location yet the script demands it, says the sources.
Krishnam Raju is also being said to be a part of this schedule. A major part of the action scenes, talkies and songs will be canned in this schedule.
