Kamalini Says About Her 'Link'

Kamalinee Mukherjee of Anand fame seems to have an inexplicable link with the river. Interestingly, ever since she started acting in Telugu films, a major chunk of them ––Meenakshi, Pellaindi Kani, Godavari, Classmates and Gamyam –– had the river Godavari in the backdrop and every year she would be there shooting. Just when she was thinking that this year she would be giving it a miss, she was offered a plum role in veteran director Vamsi's Gopi Gopika Godavari. The Bong beauty says excitedly, "Vamsi has always portrayed his leading ladies differently and the new film is a spectacular love story. The other reason for my excitement is that I am going back to the Godavari. It must be a past life link."
