Kangana Ranaut gets Rs 1 Cr for Puri film

Producer Aditya Ram and his associates have announced sometime ago that they would make 10 quality films this year with top Tollywood directors.
As part of that proposal, Puri Jagannath will direct a film with Prabhas and Bollywood sex-bomb Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles. Kangana has been recently declared the best supporting actor (female) at the 54th Idea Filmfare Awards 2008 for her role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion.
According to Film Nagar sources, Aditya Ram is paying Rs 1 Crore to Kangana as remuneration. At present, only three actresses are commanding that price-tag in Telugu film industry. They are Ileana, Nayantara and Anushka.
