Venkatesh seems to be in a mood to extend his passion for cricket to commercial interests also, what with the IPL season2 on cards insider news is that he is looking for a stake in one of the cricket teams in the IPL.If this deal goes through then Venkatesh would be the first Tollywood personality who would be actively involved in the IPL, already Bollywood is showing great interest in the event what with even Kareena Kapoor contemplating to join the bandwagon.
Venkatesh who is a competitive cricketer himself has been contemplating on this idea for some time it is believed and he sees an investment in the IPL as a prospective good business he may pick-up a state in the Hyderabad team Deccan Chargers.
