ASIN as princess in 50 million dollar movie

Asin, who is making her debut in bollywood with Aamir Khan’s Ghajini, is already getting huge response. The actress has already bagged two new projects. Asin has agreed to star in Vipul Shah’s Salman Khan-Ajay Devgan starrer London Dreams, in which she will be paired opposite Salman. Now it’s heard that the actress has been signed by Walt Disney for their next venture opposite Kamal Haasan. The film will also star Japanese actor Asano Tadanobu. This multi-lingual film, to be made in Tamil, English and Japanese, will be directed by Bharat Bala.

The shooting of the $50 million film is likely to start in the summer of 2009. The film will have music by A.R. Rahman. Kamal Haasan is slated to play a veteran Kalaripayattu expert who takes it upon himself to train a young Japanese man, Tadanobu Asano. Asin is to play a local princess and a martial arts expert who finds herself falling in love with Asano in this period film. GOOD GOING ASIN.
