Comedian Mallikarjun Rao breathed his last at ApolloHospital this morning. He was admitted to ApolloHospital three days ago. Mallikarjun Rao has been suffering from Leukamia for quite some time. Hailed from Anakapally, Mallikarjuna Rao acted in around 375 Telugu movies. Ladies Tailor, Hello Brother, Tammudu and Badri are some of the films in which Mallikarjuna Rao excelled audience with his comedy.
He is the general secretary of the Movie Artists Association. He also served as the chairman of the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Srinagar colony. The news of his news death came as a big shock to everyone in Tollywood. A host of actors and technicians are rushing to Apollo to pay their last respects to Mallikarjun Rao. His last rites would be performed at his native village near Anakapalli.
