Director Shankar Buys Rs 12 Cr House

Shankar is synonymous to sensation. He is known for making big budget films with bigger hype. He is known for bigger speculation on film making. His new film that is going to sets is 'Robot' with Rajani Kanth and Aishwarya Rai. The first shock that Shankar gave is buying a western style bungalow on East Coast Road of Chennai. He identified a bungalow and negotiating it now. That is priced at Rs 12 cr it seems. He feels that hiring the bungalow may be wrong choice as he needs that for 2 years continuously. And he also wishes to make some alterations to the design which can be possible only after purchasing it. He wants to show that house as Rajani Kanth's bungalow in the film. The producers of the film Ayingaran International and Eros Multimedia have got convinced with Shankar's opinion. Yes, convincing and getting the things done is Shankar's style. The estimated budget of the film is Rs 120 Cr. That proves to be an intelligent move indeed. After the completion of shooting, if there are any losses, they can sell the bungalow and make money. And land value is always escalating from time to time and it may get doubled after 2 years. So Shankar opens doors for a new business statement.
