Mallika Sherawat is going through a bad phase. She is struggling to score a big hit but none of her films have don well in the last couple of years. She is now caught in a court case. Vinod Jain, a social activist has filed a case against her in the Mumbai court.Vinod in his complaint said that Mallika Sherawat had hurt the sensibilities of the people by dancing almost in the nude during the New Year eve party at a star hotel in Mumbai in 2006. The court has issued notices to Mllika as well as the management of the hotel. Mallika has not time till October 7 to file a reply to the notice.
