Pawan Kalyan at Police Academy

Latest sources say that Pawan Kalyan is at Police Academy honing for his next film where he plays a cop.

Actor Pawan Kalyan, who took a breather with Jalsa's swirling success at the box office, is getting ready to prune his body language akin to a police officer. It is partially known in the film industry, or to that matter hazily out to the general audiences, that Pawan will be playing the role of a cop – certainly for the first time in his film career. Some months ago, it was widely believed that Pawan would be enacting the role of a military officer. Afresh, Pawan is said to have taken keen interest in the characterization. For excelling in the new attire, he is said to have sought the guidance of a senior police officer, a close family friend to the mega circles. SJ Suryah directs Pawan Kalyan after seven years with the last being Kushi in 2001. Though Pawan Kalyan donned the uniform of a cop in Gudumbha Shankar, that was modeled on funny lines and the actor was only an imposter. Actors taking the help of real cops are not a new exercise in Telugu film industry. Earlier, Venkatesh camped at the AP Police Academy for a good number of days, shooting for his film Gharshana, besides cheering the trainee cops from their monotonous schedules.
