Is this pawankalyan's Puli Storyline?

Pawan Kalyan is powerful and sincere Police officer . He takes the Security responsibilty of Prime Minister's Meeting and saves Prime Minister from a terrorist group attack. After seeing the sincerity of this police officer, Prime Minister presents a Gold medal and asks what is his desire. So, Pawan expressed his desire to eradicate terrorism and asks for some special powers with Prime Minister.
Prime Minister sanctions special powers to Pawan and he forms a group of officers for chasing the terrorists.How he eradicates terriorism is the storyline of the movie. Heroine Nikesha Patel is also playing the role of Police officer.
