Mahendra Sharma, a dupe of Ravi Teja was died on 16th March in Angaluru of East Godhavari district. The incident took place in the film shooting, it was the film produced by Suresh productions and directed by Uday Shankar (Kalisundam Raa fame).
Now the Angaluru police have arrested the director Uday Shankar today to produce him before the Rampachodavaram Court.
The shoot was going on the boat in the mid of river Godhavari. There was a scene where heroine Anushka has to push Ravi teja and Sunil in to River. Director used two dupes in place of these two artists. When the dupes were pushed in to water, Ravi Teja’s dupe Mahendra Sharma died in the River. Police filed case against the director and arrested him.
