Will 'Mallanna' Be Another 'Gentleman' and 'Kick'?

The first thing that comes to mind when looking at films like ‘Gentleman’ and ‘Kick’ is that it is the legendary character of Robin Hood that has influenced these characters. However, the Indian audience has never got tired of such concepts as they like to see more of such social awareness stuff on the screen. Now, there is news that the talented Vikram who is coming up with ‘Mallanna’ is also coming up with a similar storyline but a different format of presentation. Even his earlier flick ‘Aparichitudu’ was more on a violent note but the essence was the same. Given the huge budget with which the movie has been made and the constant delays the film has been facing, the makers are hoping that this does turn out to be a sure hit. As it is, the stills of the film and the presence of Shriya are causing a sizzle. The audio release is happening on the 19th of this month.
