Venkatesh As Police Commissioner

Venkatesh and Kamal Hassan are finally coming together in the film Eenadu. The film is a remake of the popular Bollywood film A Wednesday. Kamal Hassan plays the main protagonist where as Venkatesh is pitted opposite him as the Police Commissioner.

In a way this film is a dream come true for Venkatesh who always admired Kamal Hassan and wanted to act with him at least once in his lifetime. The role which Venkatesh is playing in this film is a challenging one and it needs to be seen as to how he pitches himself opposite a veteran like Kamal Hassan.

Insider news is that changes have been made to the original to accommodate a much younger and dynamic Venkatesh in the Telugu version. (Anupam Kher did the Bollywood version). Expectations are high from this film, let us wait and watch how it turns out.
