Venatesh is disappointed with his latest release “Chintakayala Ravi”, but is happy that his film is attracting family crowds to the theatres. The reason for the films debacle is said to be lack of story line, but still the movie is said to be touching the 50 day run mark some how.
Coming to the next project of Venkatesh which is starting from January 16th, the films title is not yet decided, but Ileana is going to play the female lead in this film. Srinu Vaitla is going to be the director for this film and D.Suresh Babu and Giri will produce this flick. The script of the film is already ready and the movie cast and crew will be decided in the December last week.
Meanwhile, “Krishnam Vandem Jagathgurum” which is another movie in the making is going to have Venky in the lead. The movie will start is shooting schedule in November and Krish of “Gamyam” fame will direct this movie. The script is based on friendship and the Venkatesh is pinning a lot of hopes on the film.
So, all the Venkatesh fans in Andhra Pradesh and overseas will have a double treat next year as his “Krishnam Vandem Jagathgurum” will release in June 2009 and the next with SrinuVaitla will release in November next year.
