SIIMA has been the most prestigious awards for South Indian film industry, which brings Kollywood, Tollywood, Mollywood and Sandalwood under one roof.

Stars in K-town were excited to meet their co-stars and friends from all the four film industries at the same time and to receive their prestigious awards in the presence of biggies from all the South Indian film industries. Kolaveri boy Dhanush’s Aadukalam has four awards flowing its way for him the best actor, best director, best music director and last but not least the best cinematographer.

Mahesh Babu Wins Best Actor at SIIMA Awards

Mahesh Babu has won the best actor award for his fantastic performance in 'Dookudu' at SIIMA Awards 2012, Dubai. Apparently, Dookudu is the only Telugu film that has won SIIMA awards in the best actor
and best music director category.

 Mahesh Bubu's performance in the film has been widely received and the movie has become one of the biggest hits of Telugu cinema. Dookudu is Mahesh Babu's first movie to cross the magical 50 crore mark in Tollywood.
