Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been chosen for the prestigious Padmashri award. The award has come in as a sweet surprise for her. Aishwarya was in Chennai when the news of the award was first broken to her.The award seems to have thrilled Aishwarya’s husband Abhishekh Bachchan more than even Aishwarya. Abhishekh sent a big bouquet to Ash from Jhansi where he is now shooting for his new film.
Abhi has since started sending flowers to her every day and he is fondly addressing her as ‘Padma Shrimathi’.
