Ileana, currently the top heroine in Tollywood, is injured while shooting with Nithin in the film
being directed by Paruchuri Murali.
The shooting was taking place at Nanakramguda in Hyderabad.Initially, it was suspected that Ileana might have suffered a fracture of the foot and she was rushed to the Apollo Hospital.
After tests, the doctors stated that she suffered from a severe sprain of the ankle and treated her accordingly.
Ileana was advised bed rest for a week.
