'Ghajini' first look photos creates trouble

This incident can be termed as something that can happen once in a span of 10 lakh years or may be even more.

There is no other way to describe the way this strange occurrence has happened.

The first look images of Aamir Khan's forthcoming film 'Ghajini' has been released and it has the actor exposing his newly toned and beefed up physique and his now famous head design.

However the surprise element of the photographs and which arouses some curiosity are the tattoos that can be seen in his body.

The interesting information is that a phone number presented as one of the tattoos wrecked havoc in the life of a lady named Dr. Sukekha.

After the publicity photos of Aamir were exposed to the public, Dr. Surekha started to get phone calls inquiring her about the Bollywood star.

Later on after trying to know about the reason for the sudden coming of phone calls to her mobile phone, Surekha found out that a number which was written on Aamir's body is her phone number.

During the photo session, one of the assistant directors had written down a random number and he never thought he was writing down a real number.

Well, there is a possibility that quite accidentally numbers can turn out to be same, but what explanation can be given to the way people started to call the actual owner of the number.

Only the observation skills of the common film crazy people can be given as an answer and this incident also echoes out the theory of love for films and film stars being considered equal to a religion in India.

Sneha Ullal getting comfortable in Tollywood

The girl who in her initial days as an actress became known more for her striking resemblance to Aishwarya Rai than her acting potential is slowly making her presence known in Tollywood. The girl is none other than Sneha Ullal.

According to a buzz, she will be soon seen as the lady love of the youth sensation Allu Arjun in a film to be made under the banner of Geetha Arts.

Sneha got a grand launch with the Bollywood film 'Lucky' in a dream role opposite Salman Khan. After that she was not seen in any other high profile projects either in Bollywood or in other industries. But the pretty girl after a short break got back into acting trying out films in other film industries.

'Ullasamga Uthsahamga' was her first film in Tollywood. In this film she did the role of Yasho Sagar's love interest.The movie directed by Karunakaran became a hit and thus she got a foothold in Telugu films.

In 'Nenu Meeku Thelusa' which was released in Kollywood as 'Yennai Theriyumma' she was appreciated well. In this film she was paired as the heroine of Manoj.

Right now she has grabbed roles in a Telugu film, a Hindi film and also a project in Hollywood.

Kamna is sailing smoothly

Kamna Jatmalani has her hands full with good projects. B.Jaya introduced her to Tollywood in the film 'Premikulu'. Then 'Ranam' in which she was paired opposite Gopichand came to the cinema halls. The next film of Kamna was 'Toss' in which she played Raja's love interest.

Now again she will be seen opposite Raja in the film 'Andamaina Abaddam' being directed by Ravi Raja Pinsetti.

According to the latest reports, she will be also seen in an untitled film to be directed by a new director. Mohan Vadlaptala, who produced 'Mallepuvvu' having Bhumika as the heroine and 'Mental Krishna' having Posani Krisha Murali in the lead role will be producing the film

Meanwhile she is all excited about playing Kamal Haasan’s first wife in a flashback scene in Marmayogi, where she also liplocks with the actor. Overnight, she is singing hosannas about the actor, seeing his dedication and the meticulous way he narrated the script to her. Vamp Mother Worries For Item-Baby

She was once the most sought after spice girl on the screen and was rated as the proper successor to the legendary Jayamalini when it came to doing item numbers and other vamp roles during her heydays of career. We are talking about the voluptuous and ravishing looking Anuradha. Now, there is news that this senior actress has been going through few tense moments and the worry is not about her but her darling daughter Abhinayasri. Apparently, Abhi has also turned out to be another item girl and though she manages to do some itsy bitsy roles, nothing great has been happening with her life. It is heard from sources close to Anuradha that the mother is quite worried about her daughter's future and obviously she wants to see her daughter getting married and settling down in life. Producer's Doubts On Young Hero

It appears that youth star Nitin might just not be the star anymore and true to his performances and successes, till date there is only one success to his credit and that is 'Jayam' which was also his debut film and then it was 'Sye' which had a decent outcome. But from then on it has been a downhill ride for Nitin without a single ray of hope. Apparently, noted producer Malla Vijayaprasad, the man behind the successful Wellfare group of companies who also came up with the latest release 'Siddu from Seekakulam' was keen on roping in Nitin for his next venture. However, as soon as reports came out that Nitin's 'Hero' bombed at the box office, it is heard that he has decided against it. There is also news that he is now looking at the other chocolate face hero Tarun for this venture and though there is nothing great happening with the graphs of Tarun, the comfort point is he has not been coming so frequently with flops like Nitin and his forthcoming 'Sasirekha Parinayam' has definitely some good marks associated with it. Let us wait and see.

There was a time when she was just a face among the crowd and was dusky with sulked looks when she came to try her hand at movies. But today, she has put on the right weight, equal style and an even more attractive skin complexion that is making heads turn around and take notice of her. She is none other than the upcoming actress Suhasini who has been seen in films like Chantigadu, Bhukailas etc and recently she also progressed to appear as a heroine in the Kannada movie and got accolades. Last evening (On Saturday), she had been to an apartment near the Padmalaya studio along with a friend to visit someone, wearing a middy. Though Suhasini was not conscious and she was very much herself down to earth, her presence created a buzz in the apartment and soon folks were seen looking at her in awe of her sex appeal and glowing skin. Well, despite the right looks nothing seems to be happening for this starlet when it comes to movies. Let us hope things change for better in the future.

Teja: "I'm Quitting From Telugu Industry"

Dynamic director Teja who made a comeback of sorts after two years with his movie 'Keka' was meant to bounce back to the industry with his talent of movie making but then he ended up pushing himself further into darkness as the movie has turned out to be a major bomb at the box office. However, the director has come out into the open about this and in a live interview with callers, Teja was his usual self. Many of the callers told Teja upfront that the film was made badly and Teja quipped with a grin and said 'Thank you'. Later, when one of them asked about his next venture he said that there will be no more Telugu films from him. Apparently, Teja wants to go to Bollywood for direction and he wants to prove his mettle there. Meanwhile, he said that his role as a producer will continue and revealed his master plan that he wants to create a new trend of films and genres so for this, he will rope in different directors and set the films and his thoughts through them. Once flurry of films arrive, it tends to create an influence on the viewers and then he would come with a message. Here is the icing on the cake in the interview, when asked if he had any plans to take up a political career, Teja simply replied that politics is nowhere his cup of tea since he is incapable of that and yet again he smirked that for a person who is unable to take even a good film, where can he even think about politics.

Sameera Reddy waits for De Dana Dan to go on floors

Priyadarshan's next comedy, De Dana Dan, a kind of follow up though not a sequel to Hera Pheri just got bigger and delayed.

The film now features Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Suniel Shetty, Neha Dhupia and Sameera Reddy.

"I've never worked with Priyan before. But I think he liked my comic timing in Race, where I played Anil Kapoor's airhead assistant. That's how I got De Dana Dan. I've always been a big Priyan fan, by the way," said Sameera.

However, Sameera's enthusiasm will have to wait as the film's shoot has now been shifted from November 2008 to January 2009, partly because Priyan is busy with the Darsheel Safary starrer, Bam Bam Bhole.

"Bam Bam Bhole is not a small art house film. It's a full-on entertainer. And it needs nurturing. Once I release Billo Barber, I need to promote Bam Bam Bhole properly. De Dana Dan with Akshay, Katrina, Sameera Reddy, Suniel Shetty and Neha Dhupia has gone forward by a few months."

This was meant to be the Southern sensation Asin's launch pad. "Yes," concedes Priyan. "But only initially. Once the script crystallized it was Katrina all the way."

Maa tv bought the satellite rights of Ntr film on the day of its official launch by paying a huge amount of 4 crores. It also spent huge amounts in buying the rights of Neninthe.

With the increasing number of regional entertainment channels, each channel is forced to come out with many entertaining programs to keep the viewers busy without watching an other channel. In this race to success, these tv channels are forced to play many recent movies because movie is the main entertainment for any common telugu man. In this process, these tv channels are buying the satellite rights of all big movies for high amounts. Now the trend is that these tv channels buy movies even before their launch.

Maniratnam Ashokavanam to shoot in Srilanka

Super director Maniratnam is making a tri-lingual film in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. He has titled this movie as Ashoka Vanam in telgu and tamil and Ravan in hindi. The entire unit of Ashokavanam will start its shooting in Abroad in those cool ans sexy locations as the story demands. The shooting of this film will first start in the dense forests of Srilanka.

Vikram and Aishwarya Rai are playing the lead roles in telugu and tamil versions where as Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai are playing the lead role Hindi Ravan. Prithvi Raj is the Ravan in tamil and telugu versions where as Vikram is doing the Ravan role in Hindi. Yester year hero Karthik who is known to telugu audience through Abhinandana and Anveshana is playing the role of Hanuman in Ashokavanam and Govinda is doing the same role in hindi version. Priyamani plays Soorpanaka role in the movie.

Ashokavanam is not exactly a Lord Sri Rama and Sita Ramanayam, but it is a complete commercial movie which will have Ramanayam immersed in the story. Maniratnam made a similar movie called Dalapathi with Mahabharat as the back drop. He has now selected Ramanayam as his next directorial venture.

Puli to Komuram Puli

Power Star Pawan Kalyan latest movie Puli has changed its name from Puli to Komuram Puli. This name change was informed by Pawan himself in an interview to a daily news paper, though the reason for this change in the name was not answered by Pawan Kalyan. It should be known only to him and the director SJ Surya.

SJ Surya who earlier directed Pawan Kalyan in Kushi is directing this film. 30% shooting of Puli is complete and the remaing part is being shot at a very brisk phase. London based Indian model Nikesha Patel is playing the lead heroine role in this movie. Pawan Kalyan plays the role of a sinciere and strict Police Officer role in Puli aka Komuram Puli. Theres a dual role by Pawan Kalyan in this movie.
