Ram Gopal Varma Drags Kangana Ranaut Name in Department Controversy

Just when Kangana Ranaut would have thought that the world had forgotten about her professional as well as personal split with good friend and mentor Sanjay Dutt, the chapter has opened all over again,
courtesy Ram Gopal Varma. The filmmaker has now revealed without mincing any words that it was on Dutt's insistence that he had moved Kangana out of DEPARTMENT and that he had a 'horrible time
working with Dutt'. This was in reaction to claims from Dutt that he could see DEPARTMENT failing due to the new technique (using 5D cameras) being adopted to shoot the film.

''Kangana is busy working on SHOOTOUT AT WADALA and just wants to move on now. That's the reason why she is not even commenting on the issue,'' says an insider who has been closely following
Kangana's progress.

However Ramu doesn't seem to be in a similar forgiving mood and has come with full guns blazing. Reacting to claims of Dutt and his Business Manager Dharam Oberoi that 'Ramu doesn't listen' and 'they don't intend to work with him ever again', the maverick filmmaker has hit back strongly and also challenged them to make a better film with ZILLA GHAZIABAD and Soham Shah's next.

Now this pretty much spells death kneel to relationship between Ramu and Sanju. A pity because just days before the film's release the director had said, ''Sanjay is fantastic in DEPARTMENT. He is in the
same mode as I would want to see a hero as. Sanjay in DEPARTMENT is what audience like about him on the big screen.''

Guess this would be the last good thing one would hear him say this about the actor. As for Kangana, she may well find herself walking into a Ramu project soon, now that she has one more supporter to help her cause after the Dutt fall out

Ram Gopal Varma I Dont Want to See Sanjat Dutt’s Face

It was reported earlier that filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma had apparently developed creative differences with Sanjay Dutt on the sets of Department, but the director had denied the reports at the moment. With the release of the movie, their fight has come to day light. RGV has said that he does not want to see the Sanjay's face for the rest of his life.

Ram Gopal Varma's comment is coming just hours after Sanjay made his anger against him public. Although the movie Department has sucked at the Box Office, it does not matter to RGV. On his Twitter page, the Bollywood filmmaker wrote, "Whatever else happening to Department I am supremely happy that I don't want to see the faces of Sanjay Dutt and Dharam Oberoi (CEO of Sanjay Dutt Productions) for the rest of my life.”

RGV went to reveal his differences with Sanjay Dutt on the sets of Department. He told PTI, "From forcing me to take Kangana (Kangana Ranaut) out of the film to constantly cornering me to change
screenplay, I had the most horrible time working with Dutt." Varma added, "If Dutt and Oberoi think I am the bad in Department lets wait for Zilla Ghaziabad and Soham's film where I am not there to spoil their creative inputs.”

However, RGV's Department is an action movie, which stars Sanjay Dutt, Amitabh Bachchan and Rana Dagubbati in the leads and Anjana Sukhani and Abhimanyu Singh in pivotal roles. Besides receiving negative reviews, the movie, which has been made at a budget of Rs 30 crore, has registered very poor collections at the Box Office.
