It is very common in the film industry, be it Tollywood or Bollywood for actors, producers and directors to rely on sentiment. The sentiment could be in the form of name of titles, or a hit pair and even the timing of release.Hero Nagarjuna is known to have this Christmas sentiment. All his films are usually released during Christmas and they have done well. Nagarjuna’s latest film King was released during Christmas and it has done very well at the box office.
The Bollywood actor Aamir Khan too seems to believe in the Christmas sentiment. His film ‘Taare Jameen Par’ was released during Christmas in 2007 and it did very well at the box office. His new film Gajini was released on Christmas day in 2008 and it broke several box office records.
Aamir Khan is now acting in the film titled ‘Three Idiots’. Vidhu Vinod Chopra is the producer and Raju Hirwani is the director.
In keeping up with Aamir’s Christmas sentiment, the film will be released during Christmas this year.
