Young Tiger Jr.NTR’s Oosaravelli is scheduled for a release on 6th October. With Mahesh Babu’s Dookudu turning out to be a massive hit at the Box-Office, the trade pundits felt that good days are back for the Telugu film industry which has been suffering earlier at the Box-Office.  Now, all eyes have turned towards Jr.NTR starrer Oosaravelli. Director Surender Reddy is quite confident on Oosaravelli success, which is said to be a stylish action entertainer. NTR will be seen in a new look in the movie. Tamannah and Payal Ghosh are the heroines.  BVSN Prasad is producing the film on the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra Pvt. Ltd banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for Oosaravelli. New entrant to Telugu screen Samanta has jumped in ecstasy when she got an opportunity to act in the film of Mahesh Babu. She left several other chances to be part of the film as she thought it would be a big hit and take her to unimaginable heights.  But she doesn’t have the same ecstasy now. While Mahesh’s role is 100 percent in the film, her role was limited to just songs.  Though the scenes in which Mahesh heckles Samanta were big hits with the audience, they have hurt her apparently. “You are just six inches to the ground. If you want to see me you should lift your head as if you are looking at the first floor. What is my complexion and yours? You bird-faced girl (Yedava Pittamoham)” Mahesh says to Samanta in the film, funnily. Ram Charan Tej to debut with Amitabh movie

The trend of old blockbusters being remade with the current crop of reigning stars has gripped Bollywood. Just like how Hrithik Roshan is starring in the Agneepath remake, rumour has it that Ram Charan Tej wants to make his Bollywood debut with the remake of Zanjeer.

Sources close to Charan admit that he is keen. “It’s true that Charan has shown a keen interest in the film, but nothing has been finalised as yet.”

Talks are on and the actor is still negotiating with the children of the late director-producer Prakash Mehra, for the rights of the film. Sources say, Charan should make an official announcement about his Bollywood dreams in two months.

Charan apparently wants to debut as an action hero, not a lover boy. Initially he wanted to debut with a film titled Welcome to the Jungle, a forest adventure, but shelved the idea after his much-hyped Telugu film Orange flopped. When Mehra’s office was contacted to confirm the news, their spokesperson admitted that they were in talks with several people who were interested in buying the film’s rights.

“In the past, many producers have approached us to remake films like Sharabi and Zanjeer. Even now we are approached by filmmakers who are keen on buying the rights of our films. We are in talks with many reputed producers. But we can’t name the interested parties at the moment. As soon as something concrete happens we will make an official announcement.”

 Mumbai: September 14, 2011 - With the release of sci-fi films like 'Ra.One', superstar Shah Rukh Khan feels that Indian cinema would have its own superhero, pushing imported 'Batmans' and Harry Potters to the back seat.

"This film is one of its kinds and I am saying this from my 20 years of experience in Indian cinema. We all in the entertainment industry do look at it as something that will take Indian films forward not that I have made it and not because all of us are part of it. Its important that Indian films must go forward why get into things like from where it has been copied...and that its batman type and all," Shah Rukh told reporters here last night.

"We all are going to have Indian superheroes and not only me there are going to be other actors who are going to make this genre possible. In the entire world its the only country in the world that has superhero films is America..why it should be so. We are the largest Indian film producing nation in the world why should we not have superhero...whether it is Drona, Krrish or my film...or ten more such films that will come," he said.

'Ra.One', is a superhero film, has been directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced under the banner of Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.

"With this film we have taken the technology forward and we should be proud of it. Till how much time we will have Harry Potter type movies. I think we need to make Harry Potter, Batman and Superman here. I don't know the fate of the film...how many people will like it. But this is genuinely this is a very special film," Shah Rukh said.

The movie will see Shah Rukh playing 'G.One' and Arjun Rampal as 'Ra.One'.

"All superhero films are same like there is a superhero, there is a super villain and then he dies. And this Dusshera you will see the mythological Raavan getting killed in 3D. I am sure you will like it. Yes the film looks like all the movies in this world. But yet I would say it is a unique film and I can assure you this," Khan said.

The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor, Shahana Goswami, Dilip Tahil and Chinese-American actor Tom Wu.'Ra.One' releases on October 26

Ranbir, Deepika to romance again!

Their personal chemistry may have gone a bit sour after their break-up, but Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will romance on the silver screen in Karan Johar's new production "Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani".

It will be directed by Ayan Mukherjee of "Wake Up Sid" fame.

"So hey... Ranbir and Deepika will be in Ayan Mukherjee's next titled... YEH JAWANI HAI DEEWANI!!! The wake up sid boys on the floors from Jan!!" Johar announced on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Deepika and Ranbir, who dated each other for over a year before heading for splitsville in 2009, were last seen in "Bachna Ae Haseeno" in 2008, and their crackling chemistry was there for all to see.

For now, Johar is busy directing "Student Of The Year", which will see three newcomers Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan entering the film industry

Siddharth apologizes to News Channels

Southern Stud Siddharth has finally apologized to the News Channels and the journalists for his controversial statements made in the twitter earlier. When Sid made such statement on News Channels, the Film Newscasters Association of Electronic Media (FNAEM) has lodged a complaint in AP Film Chamber of Commerce and South Indian Film Chamber of commerce to ban him and has demanded an
unconditional apology from the actor.

Now Siddharth has finally apologized in the same twitter, “In reference to one of my tweets in the past regarding certain news channels -My comment should have targeted only them for their actions but not their families. I understand that this has upset the journalistic fraternity & their families.
