Producer Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) is making his third film with Venkatesh after the successful films “Lakshmi” and “Chithakayala Ravi” with the same hero. This film titled “Ganga” will be directed by former choreographer Amma Rajasekhar.For this film “Ganga”, a Rs 3 Crore set is being specially erected by art director Thota Tharani in a 5 acre plot near Chilukur Balaji Temple on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Around 200 workers and technicians are working on this set for the past one month. Many important scenes of the film will be shot in this set. The process of selecting the heroine and the rest of the cast and crew is in progress.The shooting of “Ganga” will start from October after Venkatesh returns from abroad where he is shooting for the film being directed by Sreenu Vaitla.

After her brief stay at a yoga Ashram near Coimbatore, Shriya created traffic jams in Tiruppur. Thousands of people turned up to see Shriya flag off the ‘Green Marathon’ organised by the Isha Foundation’s Pasumai Karangal Scheme, which donated over 25,000 saplings for “a greener tomorrow”. Speaking at the function Shriya said: “I strongly feel that planting of trees will reduce the global warming to a great extent and please do not use plastic.” Later the actress flew back to Mumbai, her home town.

Abhishek Bachchan will of course reprise the Jay Dixit of the earlier two films and Uday Chopra will continue to play the lovable Ali who woos all the pretty girls.But the icing on the very crowded cake will be that Aditya Chopra will direct the film.
