Prince Mahesh Babu Krish film begins in 2012

Super Star Mahesh is turning super busy star these days with a bunch of films in the pipeline. Mahesh is shooting at a neck break speed for his forthcoming film The Businessman after which he will immediately jump onto the sets of Srikanth Addala, Dil Raju’s film Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu that also features Venkatesh in the lead. 

While he also has Sukumar’s directorial in the pipeline where he will be seen as a lecturer, Mahesh has recently given his nod to director Krish for which the script work is currently in progress and the film will commence the regular shoot in 2012. In the meantime, Krish will complete his new directorial Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum with Rana Daggubati in the lead.

Pawan Kalyan’s Panjaa teaser for Diwali

 

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Panjaa teaser will be unveiled on 26th October for Diwali while the makers have planned to release the theatrical trailer at the audio launch in the month of November. Panjaa will be released on a grand scale in December. 

The makers also informed that Panjaa’s merchandise such as T-shirts, Caps, Tattoo’s et al will be available from Diwali day. The producers of the film Neelima Tirumalashetty and Shobu Yarlagadda are leaving no stone unturned in publicizing the film to full extent. Panjaa is directed by Vishnuvardan and has Sarah Jane Dias and Anjali Lavania as the female leads.

Meanwhile, Rajamouli has condemned the rumors that he has been supervising Panjaa promotions and cleared that he is not looking after the promotions of the film.

'Dookudu' Producer Becomes Media Don?

The power of media needs no introduction. Perhaps one of the best examples is the electronic media. The way news channels have been shaking Andhra Pradesh in the name of Telangana chaos and subjecting the people to a lot of stress and tension goes to show its effect.

Now, the producer of ‘Dookudu’ is likely to enter into the media circuit. However, his focus is on entertainment. We are talking about Anil Sunkara who established the ATV channel. Venkatesh Ganga- The Bodyguard in November

Venkatesh starrer Ganga- The Bodyguard which was earlier supposed to be released in October for Diwali has been postponed to November. A couple of songs have been shot recently in foreign locales and the makers are yet to film a schedule that will commence from October third week in Vizag.

Ganga- The Bodyguard is the remake of Malayalam super hit film Bodygurd which was also remade in Hindi and Tamil versions. Being directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions, Ganga-The Bodyguard has Trisha as female lead and Saloni in an important role. Thaman rendered the tunes for the film.

The audio of Ganga- The Bodyguard is expected to be launched in first week of November while the movie hits the screens in the end of November.

Brahmanandam turns director for Jaffa

Comedy king Brahmanandam is donning the direction cap shortly. After essaying numerous comedy roles in films, Brahmi is set to direct a new film titled Jaffa. A renowned actor and actress are essaying guest roles in the film while Brahmanandam plays a full-fledged comedy role along with other set of comedians.

Vennela Kishore is said to have penned the script for the film and though official announcement has not been made the film has begun its shooting and is taking place in and around Hyderabad. The title conveys that Jaffa will be a laughing riot.

Director Puri Jagannadh is all set to finish off his movie, The Businessman with Mahesh Babu in record time. The movie which was recently launched has already completed a major portion of the shoot. The director has anounced that the movie`s release has been advanced to Jan 11 from the original Jan 12th. At a time, when all the big directors put enormous pressure on the producers to constantly postpone their movies even after spending more than a year`s time on it, here we have a director who actually completes the movie starring a big hero in four months.

Sakuni based on Nira Radia & 2G scam

Karthi’s Saguni is being dubbed as Sakuni in Telugu version and both the versions will see a simultaneous release. Sources are abuzz that Karthi’s role in his forthcoming film Sakuni is based on Nira Radia, a corporate lobbyist who played a key role in 2G spectrum scam. The makers have informed that Sakuni is a political thriller and Karthi’s stills in political attire have already been unveiled.

Mahesh Babu has informed that he will commence his part of shoot for Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu from January 2012. SVSC is a muti-starrer flick with Venkatesh and Mahesh in the leads, to be directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Dil Raju.

Speaking about the film, he informed that he accepted Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu as it has a good script that will appeal all genres of audiences and not just because it is a multi-starrer film. He also informed that he shares a good rapport with Venkatesh and he is happy to be part of the film. Sources are at buzz that Trisha and Samantha would play the leading lady roles in Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.

As of now, the Super Star is currently busy with Puri Jagannadh’s directorial The Businessman that is slated for a release on 11^th January 2012.

Gopichand, Tapsee’s Mogudu in November

Gopichand, Tapsee starrer Mogudu which was earlier slated for release in October will now see its light of the day on 4^th November. Mogudu also casts Dr.Rajendra Prasad, Shradda Das and Roja in prominent roles. Tapsee is hoping for a hit with Mogudu and the actress has even dubbed for her role in the film.

Mogudu is a family entertainer, which is being helmed by creative director Krishna Vamsi. The film also shows the traditional values and culture of Indian marriage Nallamalupu Bujji is producing the film on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions, Babu Shankar is debuting as music director with this film.

Mogudu audio will be unveiled on 11^th October and the first look trailer has been unveiled today [10^th October]

Prabhas fights for Rebel

Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Rebel is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Few action scenes are being canned in the present schedule of the film. Rebel touted as mass action entertainer is being directed by Raghava Lawrence.

Lawrence informs that Rebel is quite contrasting to Prabhas earlier couple of films ‘Darling’ and ‘Mr Perfect’. Two hot actresses Tamannah and Deeksha Seth are roped in to sizzle alongside Prabhas in the film. J Bhagawan and J Pulla Rao are the producers of Rebel which is being made on the banner of Sri Balaji cine Media.

Cinematography is by C Ram Prasad and music is by SS Thaman. The film-makers are planning to release Rebel in December.

Autonagar Surya begins shoot!

Young heartthrob Naga Chaitanya has started off the shoot of his next film Autonagar Surya to be directed by talented director Deva Katta.
